I came back from tkd about 20 minutes before dismissal cos I nearly died from conditioning (or something like that) to train stamina and strength etc. Hahah we did like 100 jumping jacks, 50 sit ups, 24 pushups (supposed to be only 10, but people kept making mistakes so we just kept starting from 1 -.-), 100 squats and 100 front kicks per leg. Which probably isn't a lot to some people but ohwell, I died at the first 75 front kicks and got so dizzy I thought I was going to faint(/die). After that Sir asked me to go to sit out side the RC, then this person in the RC went upstairs to call my mum (and got mistaken for some salesperson 'cause she was 有没有人?-ing at the door). Yeah then he told this small girl called Amirah (sp?) to stay with me. Then when my mum came down he came back said that I'm not bad because he expected me to knock out at around 8.30pm every trng session (starts at 7.45pm) but today I lasted till 'bout 8.50pm. So ha, I'M IMPROVING! Yeah whatever. Liu Yi thinks I'm not eating enough proteins No beans, my mama cooked OATS for me! :D :D Happy happy. Think I'll ache like shit tomorrow, though. Sigh.
